His 12 person call center then immediately contacts the leads in near real-time.
After the lead is assigned to an agent on the team, the leads are forwarded to agents individual CallAction accounts which immediately starts a long term, multi-touch text drip campaign from the agents personal CallAction accounts.
This allows for a seamless handoff and engagement between the agent and the client who responds to the campaigns.
All phone and text communication is then synced in real-time into agents individual Follow Up Boss accounts.
