TCPA One-to-One Consent Rule Stayed & Vacated

TCPA One-to-One Ruling

A last-minute court decision has placed a one-year stay on the previous TCPA rule change requiring one-to-one consent which was starting enforcement on Jan 27th.

TCPA One-to-One Stayed for a Year

The original stay was delayed a year.

FCC-ORDER-POSTPONING-TCPA-ONE-TO_ONE

TCPA One-to-One Vacated by 11th Circuit

Then shortly after the 11th Circuit of Appeals vacated it based on the Insurance Marketing Coalition / IMC appeal vs. Federal Communications Commission / FCC.
